Due to most items being custom or made to order, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Order Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email
peepsboujeecreations@yahoo.com within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item

Cancellations & Changes

  • Orders may be canceled or changed within 24 hours of being placed
  • After 24 hours, your order is likely already in production and cannot be changed

Custom Orders
Please double-check all spelling, sizes, and details before placing your order.
Peep’s Boujee Creations is not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.

Shipping Issues

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier
  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout

Color & Design Variations
Due to screen settings, materials, and the handmade process, slight variations may occur. These are not considered defects.
